Stephanie is the owner of Love, Light, and Healing Center and is an Auricular Acupuncturist. Its very existence brings joy to her soul. Everyone has stress in their lives, and many suffer from the pain that comes from stress and age. Her desire to help others overcome these hurdles is why Love Light And Healing Center exists. With this business and the amazing people she has on her team, she now has the tools necessary to ease the burdens of others. When she sees them come in with stress or pain, and they receive the care they need, she gets to see the difference it has made for them firsthand. “Being able to see and hear the difference my therapists have on the lives of everyone who comes through my doors is one of the most rewarding feelings I have ever felt.“ When asked why Love Light And Healing Center, she answers, “Because inside these walls is where healing happens. Not just healing for those coming in, but for those who are already within.”
Ashley loves to help people on their way, and when she discovered Massage Therapy, she realized she could do more to provide. Ashley thought nothing else could be better to help people than to relieve the stress and pain in their day-to-day lives. After looking into Massage Therapy more, she determined that being a Massage therapist was a perfect way to help others. Ashley studied at E.V.I.T. and, throughout the program, has had over 100+ hours in a clinical setting and graduated in 2018. With a therapeutic approach, she specializes in deep tissue massage but has a love of learning and is always eager to increase her knowledge for the betterment of her clients.
Marla Tenney is a Nutrition Therapist Master offering Wellness Consultations utilizing Zyto biofeedback technology as well as Nutritional Consultations at the Love, Light, and Healing Center in Mesa, AZ. She completed the Certified Nutrition Therapy Practitioner program (2017) and the Nutrition Therapist Master degree (2021), both from Nutrition Therapy Institute, located in Denver, CO. She also holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Information Systems and, before embarking upon her career in nutrition, spent several years in software and leadership roles within corporate America.
Several years ago, Marla utilized holistic nutrition therapy to manage her own health crisis and has experienced first-hand knowledge of the process and the power of using natural approaches to wellness care. After seeing the amazing results in her own life, Marla wanted to learn everything she could about holistic nutrition, even if it was just to help herself and her own family.
As Marla increased her knowledge of holistic nutrition and other alternative methods, she also became very aware of and upset about the state of our healthcare system and the confusing, misleading, and inaccurate nutritional information prevalent in society. At this point, she realized she was ready for a career shift and decided to pursue her passion to educate and empower people to transform their lives and become their healthiest, happiest selves. Marla has been the owner and holistic practitioner with Shakti Whole Health since June 2018.

Acupuncture is an alternative medical practice where very fine needles are inserted in specific points of your body (acupoints) to stimulate the natural healing process. Tricia is a Certified Reiki Master Teacher and Integrative Health Practitioner. Since a very young age, she knew her purpose was to help and serve others in her community. Her passion for holistic healing, her own self-healing journey, and her educational background have brought her to a place of service for others. She believes that everyone has the capability to heal and loves to hold a safe space for others' self-healing to take place. She specializes in emotional healing and believes even some physical systems are rooted in suppressed emotions. In each healing session, she will give you tips and tools that can be used beyond each session. Through Reiki, she has cultivated her own spiritual, physical, and emotional healing and is passionate about sharing Reiki healing with others!
